GREAT LAKES REGION ASTRONOMICAL LEAGUE
 

The Great Lakes Region will give one award per year using the schedule below:

 

1. Hans Baldauf Award 2028

     For individual observational skill, astrophotography, 

     and contributions to science (variable star estimates, 

    comet discovery, observing).   

 

2. Great Lakes Region Award  2026.

     Deadline July 17, 2026

     For individual service (outreach, club leadership)           or society service.

 

3. Great Lakes Region Media Award  2027

     For society media management.
